voiTunes widget – for mac OS X only. (untested on Leopard). Dashboard widget that allows you to control iTunes through simple voice commands like “itunes play”, “itunes pause”, “itunes next”, and “itunes previous”. I use it on a daily basis (so it can’t be that bad). Read more about it here and here. Note: I wrote this.
